In 2025 Elizabeth (an Internationally qualified Zen Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher and Zen Buddhist), will be launching online one-to-one Zen Meditation and Mindfulness Sessions for anyone interested in learning how to incorporate Mindfulness & Meditation into their daily lives as a means of improving their mental wellness, building resilience, finding better happiness and cultivating inner calm.

These sessions will be 90 mins and will provide a safe and nurturing space to explore these ancient practices together, the neuro science behind them and how they can help you in you day-to-day life.
