Online & in person...

All of Elizabeth courses share various ancient meditation practices taught to Zen Buddhist monks in the temples of Japan, the neuro science behind them and how these practices can in fact relate to the modern-day world and our day-to-day challenges.

Elizabeth is a practicing Zen Buddhist and is a student of Daizan Roshi, the first Englishman to go to Japan and become a Zen Master. She formally qualified as Zen Meditation and Mindfulness teacher with Daizan.

She teaches both complete beginners and more experienced practitioners.  

A regular meditation practice has been clinically proven to reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression, boost our resilience, support our immune function, lower blood pressure and resting heart rate, combat stress more effectively, increase our sense of compassion and wellbeing, as well as improve our overall life satisfaction.

Elizabeth runs both online and in-person courses in Tonbridge, Kent, throughout the year and she also hopes to launch taster master classes soon at Tonbridge Castle.
