  • Our vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. They can be purchased online, in-store, or over the phone by calling 01732 353233. They can be redeemed against any of our treatments, offers or products. If you happen to lose your voucher, proof of purchase will be required. Please bring your voucher with you when you come in to the spa for your treatments. E-vouchers are automated, Please check your spam box if you do not receive your voucher via email. Please allow 4-5 days for voucher deliveries if our postal service has been requested. Please also be mindful that the busy Christmas period can delay deliveries. We do offer a first class recorded postal service at an extra charge of £5.45, or purchases that are made prior to 12 noon can be posted out next day delivery at a postal charge of £7.45. Please request these services at the time of purchase if they are required.

  • Unfortunately due to insurance purposes we cannot allow children under the age of fourteen in the spa. This includes small babies in prams. The safety of all of our guests is of paramount importance to us. Unfortunately our staff do not hold any childcare qualifications and therefore we are unable to supervise your children whilst you enjoy your time with us (this includes within the reception area and within our treatment rooms).

  • Pregnant clients are advised not to book any spa treatments until after the first trimester. We do offer Baby Buddha pregnancy treatments, but some of our other spa treatments are not suitable to enjoy during pregnancy, so please contact the spa direct if you wish to book an appointment and would like some guidance on the treatments that will be most suitable for you. Also some medical conditions are a contraindication to certain treatments, if in doubt, please contact the spa so our experienced staff can assist with your booking.

  • Patch tests are required for all of our HD, Lamination, tinting, LVL and eyelash extension treatments. This is an insurance requirement, and if a patch test hasn’t been completed at Aquavie, then we may not be able to complete your treatment. Please contact our front of house team if you would like to arrange a patch test, it only takes a few moments.

  • Our booking app can be downloaded from both iTunes and the Android play store. Just search “Aquavie Boutique Spa”. This enables you to book online 24/7 even when the spa is closed. Alternatively you can book online direct from our website.

    Our online booking is provided by Phorest Salon Software. When booking online you are agreeing to Phorest’s terms and conditions.

  • We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. When booking online a small booking fee will be taken according to the price of the treatment, this is non refundable and managed by Phorest Online Booking Software.

    When booking over the phone a payment link will be sent to you via text message to pay your booking deposit. We will hold the booking for 2 hours, but if the booking deposit isn’t paid in that time the booking will be released in order for other clients to book.

    If booking with a Gift Voucher, the bookingSdeposit can be taken from the voucher if preffered.

    Should a client not give 24 hours notice of cancellation, are running too late to attend the spa in sufficient time for the treatment to be carried out, or fail to attend the appointment, the full cost of the treatment will be taken from the card used to pay the booking.
